While overseeing US Foods Warehousing and Logistics divisions, Steve built and implemented strategies that created $57.5m annualized improvement in logistics revenue working closely with suppliers, designed and built an inbound logistics department driving annual income from $31m to $181m, developed cutting-edge technology to support logistics driving $5m to $10m annual improvement each year, and developed an intricate cross-dock and redistribution hub network to drive over $20m in annual net income across product categories. Steve was also the Supply Chain subject matter expert on US Foods/Sysco merger integration team. Steve has redesigned facility layouts to increase throughput in multiple locations generating from 15% to 47% improvement.

He has extensive knowledge regarding site selection, labor analytics, government incentives negotiation, real estate transactions, developer/contractor negotiations, relocation assistance, as well as general oversite and implementation of complex real estate transactions. Mike spent 10+ years at Avison Young, a global commercial real estate firm, where he was one of the founders of their Private Equity Practice and was a partner on the #1 producing global team in 2018. After Avison Young, Mike went to work as a Principal at Hickey & Associates, a preeminent consulting firm focused on global site selection and government incentives procurement, where he founded their Family Office & Private Equity Practice Group. Mitch has spent his 30+ years working in food manufacturing, distribution and technology. He is a CPA by training and has held numerous executive leadership roles as CFO, CEO and Owner of private equity owned companies. Mitch is skilled at identifying, evaluating, and executing corporate development opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and technology development. Mitch recently sold a food distribution company where he was CEO and major shareholder to Lineage Logistics. He crafted sales and marketing strategies, as well as facility and network strategies, accomplishing annual double-digit growth while increasing margins and exceeding budgeted targets. Sales grew from $150M to over $500M while growing EBITDA by 300%. Mitch has also spent 10+ years involved in food processing, acting as an operating CFO for Red Gold; during his tenure he assisted in more than doubling EBITDA, led M&A processes and oversaw all plant expansion activity.
